The comprehensive training session for Secondary 1 provided by Secondary 3 seniors involved learning by experience and case studies, troubleshooting problems giving instructions and taking command.
At Secondary 2, students are invited to be part of the Sec 2 Leaders in Training (LiT) programme, where class projects such as Teachers’ Day and community projects to celebrate friendship are encouraged.
At the Upper Secondary Level, students are exposed to other concepts like Inspiring a Shared Vision and Enabling Others to Act, particularly through planning, guiding and mentoring. The aim is provide our girls with a personalised leadership experience. At the end of the Secondary 3 year, Student Leaders plan Camps and Community Service Projects.
