Books, Stationery, Uniform & PE Attire Purchase Information (For non-MOE FAS)

Dear Parent / Guardian,

All parents / guardians MUST order books, stationery, uniform and PE attire online via Pacific Bookstore's website (https://www.pacificbookstores.com) 

Online booking is available now and you may select the collection date or arrange for home delivery via the website. 

Considerations when purchasing Textbooks and Uniforms:

Textbooks

• Do be mindful to purchase the textbooks according to the academic level that your daughter/ward will be taking for each subject.

Uniforms

• All students will wear their full school uniform (school blouse, skirt, tie and name tag) on Mondays and school official events. From Tuesdays to Fridays, they have the option to wear their blue PE-shirt with their skirts.

• Typically, a student will purchase at least 1 school blouse, 3 skirts, 3 blue PE-shirts, 3 PE-shorts, 1 tie and 3 or 4 pairs of school white socks/white socks (assuming regular washing of clothes is done within the week).

Step 2 : Register and create a personal log-in account

(1) A personal log-in account with a password of minimum 8 characters (include alphanumeric and special characters) must be created.

(2) An email from Pacific Bookstores will be sent to your registered email address.

Do remember to check your Spam/Junk mail if you do not see the email in your Inbox.

(3) Click on the verification link to complete your sign-up process.

Step 3 : Home Delivery FAQ / Self-Collection FAQ 

A step-by-step guide is provided for you on the website.

Click on ‘FAQ’ at the top orange bar and select Home Delivery FAQ or Self-Collection FAQ. 

Self-collection:

• Only one parent / guardian is allowed to accompany your daughter / ward for self-collection in school

• Please adhere to your allotted date/timing for self-collection to gain entry into the school

• You will need to show the confirmation email/SMS from Pacific Bookstores at the point of entrance. 

Collection Times are as follows: 

Families who have received the Financial Assistance Scheme (FAS) approval letter from your daughter’s primary school may collect the books, stationery, uniforms, and PE attire on the same dates as mentioned above*. 

Families must present the Financial Assistance Scheme (FAS) approval letter from your daughter’s primary school to our General Office to get a copy of our approval letter. You are required to pre-select your books and uniforms, date and time of collection on the Pacific Bookstore website before coming to the school. Walk-ins will not be allowed. Please bring along a copy of your approval letter and the Pacific Bookstore FAS Order Confirmation letter for collection.

Home delivery:

There will be a charge of $14.60 for home delivery.

If you intend to utilize the NTUC Back to School or CDAC e-vouchers for your purchases, please have the voucher code ready on hand. You will be prompted to key in the voucher code at the payment page.
