• Transfers will be subject to available vacancies and the school’s admission criteria. 

Please also note:

• The personal information provided in this form will be used solely for the purpose of appealing for a secondary school transfer.

• The deadline for submitting appeals is 12 pm on Thursday, 26 December 2024. Late submissions will not be considered.

• Schools are not required to disclose the reasons for the selection or non-selection of students.

• Students who have not heard back from the school should report to their posted secondary school on 2 January 2025 (Thursday).

• If you do not hear from the school by 2 January 2025 (Thursday), the appeal was unsuccessful.
