ABOUT In NCDCC, our cadets grow not just as responders but as compassionate and values-driven individuals. Through hands-on training in first aid, drills, and civil defence knowledge, they build confidence, resilience, and discipline. Guided by Canossian values of love, service, and humility, cadets learn to look beyond themselves and care for others. The unit is strengthened by a supportive network of alumni who mentor and journey with them. Key experiences such as Service Month and community outreach projects provide meaningful opportunities to serve. Through these, cadets learn to lead with purpose, serve with heart, and make a positive difference in the community. |
